Summary: Jack at the front desk was awesome and accommodating. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful. The beds were soft and super comfy and we can’t wait to come back.

Summary: 7/5/2025 Check-in & front desk service was knowledgeable, friendly & very helpful. Including WiFi password, breakfast & check-out hours with key cards was brilliant, as well as the QR code on TV table for programmed channel guide!!! Smart detail!! Breakfast crew was somewhat behind in replenishing food, but responded promptly when asked to do so. Room was clean & firm beds were super comfortable! Highly recommend. Will stay again.

Summary: Very clean, quiet, well-kept, modern, good location, pleasant staff. Only issue was the type of room we booked over a week in advance was not available upon arrival. The room we were able to get was very clean and worked out okay, but this was a disappointment having planned in advance. Still very happy overall and would definitely stay again.

Summary: We have stayed there multiple times. This is one of our stopping points on our way to and then from Florida. Always friendly, super clean and comfy. If we make the trip again,this is where we will stay.

Summary: The telephone in the room hadn't been cleaned before my stay. I picked up the receiver and it looked like something was spilled on the receiver and phone. It was all over the buttons of the phone. It was hard to miss. Fit and finish in the room and bathroom was not good. The toilet was loose from the floor. The tub spout was a 1/4 to 3/8s of an inch away from the wall, allowing water to go inside the wall when showering. I tried to adjust the shower head and a piece fell off. I put the piece back on and attempted to adjust the shower head again and it wouldn't move at all. The light fixture on the wall between the 2 beds was loose from the wall.
